Acceptance of Terms By accessing the TokenBUS platform or utilizing our API endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TokenBUS.
Service Definition: The Neutral Conduit TokenBUS provides a high-performance, unified technical interface (Gateway) that bridges requests to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen).
Neutrality: We act as a pure infrastructure layer. We do not generate, modify, or censor the outputs provided by upstream AI models. Optimized Routing: Our service is focused on reducing latency and improving reliability through intelligent failover and edge-node acceleration. 3. Compliance & Global Usage Users must comply with all local and international laws regarding AI usage and data transmission.
⚠️ Prohibited Activities
Generating content that violates the safety policies of the upstream model providers. Attempting to reverse-engineer the gateway or bypass usage quotas. Utilizing the service for any illegal activities in either the user's jurisdiction or the model's origin country. 4. Privacy & Zero-Log Protocol Privacy is a core system variable at TokenBUS.
Zero-Retention: We do not store, view, or train on your prompts or AI-generated responses. Your data is passed through our gateway in real-time. Metadata: We only collect minimal metadata (e.g., token counts, model names, latency) required for billing and system optimization. 5. Billing & Refund Policy Services are billed based on token consumption.
Consumption Model: Due to the real-time nature of upstream resources, API calls are billed as they occur. Refunds: We offer a flexible refund window for unused credits. Please refer to our standalone Refund Policy for detailed eligibility (e.g., the 14-day window for unused tokens). Upstream Dependency: TokenBUS shall not be held liable for inaccuracies (hallucinations), service outages, or policy changes initiated by upstream providers such as DeepSeek or Moonshot AI. 6. Security You are responsible for the confidentiality of your API keys. Any usage associated with your sk- keys will be deemed as your authorized usage. Please rotate your keys immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
