At TokenBUS, we adhere to a strict Zero-Log Protocol. We do not store, inspect, or train on the content passing through our gateway.

We collect only the minimum data necessary for operational stability:
- Account Information: Email address provided during registration.
- Usage Metadata: Model names, timestamps, token counts, and latency.
- Payment Data: Payment processing is handled securely by authorized third-party processors. TokenBUS does not store your full credit card or bank account details.
- API Interaction: IP addresses are used temporarily for rate-limiting and DDoS protection.
2. Zero-Retention Guarantee
TokenBUS serves as a stateless bridge.
- Your prompts and completions are transmitted in real-time to upstream providers.
- We do not record the content of these transmissions on any persistent storage.
3. Third-Party Model Providers
Your data will be processed by the specific upstream model providers you select. These providers have their own privacy policies which govern their data handling.
4. Data Security & Cookies
- Encryption: We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3).
- Cookies: We only use essential technical cookies required for account authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you have the right to access your usage metadata, request account deletion, and export usage logs for auditing.
